It utilizes renewable energy which is sustainable and has less environmental liability such as solar power, solar heat, geothermal heat, wind power, biomass, and etc. In most cases, solar heat is used by installing solarwall and solar cell on the roof, which is then converted into electric energy and used for hot water or heating system.[3]

Hyundai

Hyundai Active House eliminates the boundary between transportation and living space with seamless technology. On August 13, 2020, Hyundai Motor Group presented a detailed technology.[4] Active House recognizes the license plate of the vehicle that enters the garage and checks whether the car is pre-approved through Bluetooth connection. If the vehicle is not registered or hard to identify, the passengers are asked to come out of it. Approved vehicles are interconnected with the automatic parking device to park on a designated spot. When disconnected, they can be used for transportation.[5] When parking, Connecting Port connects the vehicle with the house. Also, weather strip technology perfectly seals the spaces within Active House, completely keeping out noise, dust and moisture.
