The Cerberean Cauldron is a caldera in Australia which was formed by a supervolcano[citation needed] which erupted about 374 million years ago and was a possible cause of the Late Devonian extinction.[citation needed] It forms the northern part of the Marysville Igneous Complex in central Victoria and is now in the Lake Eildon National Park.[1][2]
