SwissWatchExpo is an American watch retailer based in Atlanta, Georgia.[1][2] It specializes in pre-owned watches.[2][3][4]
History
SwissWatchExpo was founded in 2009 in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia by Ukrainian immigrants Jake and Victoria Rokhlin.[1][3][5] Prior to founding the company, Jake Rokhlin had been a watchmaker who ran an authorized Rolex service center.[1][3]
In 2016, Victoria Rokhlin's son and Jake Rokhlin's stepson Eugene Tutunikov joined the company.[5][6] Prior to joining the company, Tutunikov had worked as a derivative trader.[2][6] He was appointed CEO of SwissWatchExpo.[1][3][7][8] Tutunikov shifted the company's focus to e-commerce, resulting in the company doing more than 90% of its business online.[2][5][9] The company also joined online marketplace 1stDibs as a result of its new focus.[1]
In 2020, The company moved its operations into a new two-story location.[1]
Operations
SwissWatchExpo offers around 40 luxury watch brands, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, and Breitling.[1][3][10]
As a watch dealer, SwissWatchExpo is part of the eBay Authenticate program.[11] SwissWatchExpo uses Affirm, a financing company, for its online transactions.[12]
