The Annapurna Natural History Museum, formerly known as the Butterfly Museum, is a museum in Prithvi Narayan Campus, Pokhara, Nepal. [1] It is one of the main features in the campus that displays the natural history of the area near to the Annapurna Mountain and has a collection of butterflies, insects, birds and stuffed and sculpted models of wildlife found in the region around the Annapurna Mountain of Nepal. The specimens were mostly collected and managed by Colin Smith aka "Putali Bajey" during his career. [2] It has been visited by tourists from more than 60 countries across the globe.
