Navin Manjooran is a well-recognized global leader in energy and healthcare. He is an expert in nanotechnology, materials, and manufacturing with extensive leadership and technical experience. He currently serves as the Chairman of Solve, a leading global technology company. He is a Board of Trustees member and Fellow of ASM International which is the largest global materials professional society with over 200,000 members.[1][2][3] During his long career, Manjooran has served in multiple leadership and technical roles in industry and academia globally. He is well known worldwide for his contributions for increasing energy efficiency, targeted drug delivery for healthcare including cancer advancements, making the planet greener and building organizations.

He has published twelve books [4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15] and eleven patents or disclosures.[16][17][18] Since 2010, he is serving as a Professor Adjunct in MSE at Virginia Tech.[19] He serves as the Vice Chairman of the advisory board for MSE, COE at the University of Florida,[20][21][22] and has been on the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors, University of Chicago Board of Trustees, and on the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Energy Initiative board.[23]

He graduated from National Institute of Technology, Warangal with a bachelor's degree (ME), followed by a master's degree (MSE) from the University of Florida. He later completed his doctorate in MSE from Virginia Tech, and his MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
