Cyberstatistics is the science of learning from data based on web resources. It can be applied to scientific, industrial, or social problems.

Normally, Cyberstatistics deals with all aspects of web-based data including the planning of data collection in terms of the design of web-based surveys. Cyberstatisticians apply statistical thinking and methods to a wide variety of social, business and education. Also web-based ranking, webometrics (also cybermetrics) and web traffic analysis are aspects of cyberstatictics.

Some resources on cybersecurity statistics are available from free resources [1]
